actually i've never heard that, well not the facial hair part, but since it kind of regulates your hormones, i can see how it would help acne. it can also help with cramps when you're on your period. but just thinking about it depending on how much facial hair you have, it might be possible that it helps that also.

It can for some but the side effects of synthetic hormones are far worse than facial hair and acne.

You can use natural progesterone's which are different to progestines which are used in birth control. Much safer and actually fix the underlying problem rather than masking the symptoms

yes... my sister has really bad acne,and she went to the dermatologist,and he gave her birth control for the acne...

now she has no acne...but if you get of birth control then your acne will come back.

You may need birth control at some time in your life and that's when you should start taking it. there are lots of products for acne, see your doctor, facial hair can be waxed and birth control pills are for controlling births.

Ortho tri-cyclen, a birth control pill, is prescribed for acne and although it reduces facial hair growth it doesn't completely eliminate it.

hang in there.some people start earlier then others.just keep shaving and it will sprout up all over your face.hows your dad and his brothers?what about your moms brothers.do they have a full face of whiskers?,if not then maybe your taking it after them.believe me its no picnic having a beard.it becomes a drag shaving.i got a lot of whiskers,so ill trade you anyday.
