I'm curious why when someone bleaches their facial hair it fades to the original color of the hair 2 - 3 weeks later...but why is it when we bleach the hair on our head it doesn't fade out like that...it's permanent...so why isn't the stuff we put on our faces?? Is it a diff level of peroxide???
