No, not all women think it is a turn off. It all depends on how well grommed it is. If a guy I'm dating has facial hair I'll just let him know that I don't like too much facial hair and it has to be neatly lined and tapered. Pretty much clean cut.

not completely over grown beard , but a nice stubble is sooooo sexy. but it depends on the man. if hes a clean shaven type of guy then he should be well, clean shaven but if hes a rough sexy smoldering guy then a little stubble doesnt hurt
